Notices and Terms

The terms that apply when you use this website and deal with us.

This website is operated by RAWC Property Pty Ltd (ACN 624 857 852) as trustee for the RW Unit Trust (ABN 57 131 493 056), trading as PPG Commercial, a division of Prestige Property Group Realty (PPG Realty) ("PPG Commercial", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About us

PPG Commercial is the commercial property division of PPG Realty, based in Arncliffe NSW. We are a licensed real estate agency under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW). Principal: Rami Abdallah. Licence number: 10071017. Licensee-in-charge: Rami Abdallah.

General information only

Content on this website, including property listings, market commentary and articles, is general information only. It does not take your personal circumstances into account, and it is not legal, financial, tax or valuation advice. Before you make a property decision, get independent professional advice and make your own enquiries.

Property information

Listing details such as areas, zoning, outgoings, rents, yields and lease terms usually come from vendors, landlords, councils and other third parties. We take care to pass this information on accurately, but we have not independently verified it all and we can't guarantee it is complete or correct. Prospective buyers and tenants should check every detail that matters to them. Images and floor plans may be indicative only.

Any price guide or rent shown is our assessment at the time and may change. We must not make false or misleading representations about a property, as required by the Australian Consumer Law and the rules of conduct for agents under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) and its Regulation.

Appraisals are not valuations

A sales or rental appraisal is our opinion, based on market evidence and experience. It is not a formal valuation, which can only be provided by a registered valuer. Sale prices, rents and returns are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions and negotiation.

Retail and commercial leases

Retail shop leases in NSW are governed by the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW), which includes disclosure obligations for landlords and tenants. Information on this website about leasing doesn't replace a disclosure statement, a lease or legal advice. For more on retail leasing rights, see the NSW Small Business Commissioner.

Emails and electronic communications

We may contact you by email, SMS, phone or social media messages. Our messages are intended only for the person they are addressed to and may be confidential. If you receive one in error, please let us know and delete it. Electronic communications can be delayed, intercepted or affected by viruses, and we can't guarantee their security.

Payment fraud warning: We will never change our bank or trust account details by email or SMS. Before transferring any deposit, rent or other money, phone us on (02) 9597 7372, using the number on this website rather than the one in the email, to confirm the details.

Third-party websites

This website may link to other sites, such as realcommercial.com.au, government websites and service providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse them.

Copyright and trade marks

The content of this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our prior written permission, except where the law allows (for example, fair dealing).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other laws that can't be excluded.

Cookies and website data

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences and understand how visitors use it. We may use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant ads. These tools set cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit, which Google and Meta process under their own privacy policies. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To control ads from Meta, use your Meta ad preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Marketing messages

We send commercial electronic messages in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email or SMS identifies us and includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and we act on unsubscribe requests within five working days.

Feedback and complaints

We welcome feedback. If you have a concern:

  1. Talk to the agent or property manager handling your matter. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
  2. Escalate to the licensee if you're not satisfied. Contact our Principal, Rami Abdallah, on (02) 9597 7372 or at admin@ppgrealty.com.au, setting out the issue and the outcome you're seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and respond within 30 days.
  3. External help: if the matter is still unresolved, you can contact NSW Fair Trading (13 32 20). Retail lease disputes can go to the NSW Small Business Commissioner. Privacy complaints are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update this website and these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and you submit to the courts of New South Wales.
